“Returnity”: the return back to work following a period of maternity, paternity of adoption leave.

We are researching parent’s experiences of planning and navigating their return to work following a period of leave raising children. Employers play such an important role before, during and after these life-changing periods of time, but few are reaching the mark.
The research will be used to build a resource for all U.K. employers and raise awareness and understanding on the importance of supporting colleagues through returnity.
